Effectiv Team Members Present at the Idaho Integrated Behavioral Health Network Conference
Members of the Effectiv team recently had the opportunity to share their pharmacy and technology expertise at the 2025 Idaho Integrated Behavioral Health Network (IIBHN) Conference. This year’s theme, “Collaboration in Motion: Shaping Team-Based Models for Integrated Health,” highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary approaches to improving whole-person care.
The conference covered a wide range of timely topics, including motivational interviewing, parental ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences), suicide prevention, harm reduction strategies, and the role of community pharmacists in supporting underserved populations.
Effectiv team members Sabrina and Anne led a session focused on improving medication adherence through patient engagement and medication optimization—core components of Effectiv’s approach to transforming medication management. They shared strategies for empowering patients to become active participants in their care and highlighted the role of real-time feedback in improving outcomes.
Tyler offered a forward-looking perspective on healthcare technology, emphasizing the need for innovation that stays grounded in patient-centered care. He discussed how digital tools—when used thoughtfully—can bridge gaps in communication, increase efficiency, and ultimately enhance the patient experience.
We’re grateful for the chance to connect with healthcare professionals from across Idaho who are passionate about integrated, team-based care—and we look forward to continued collaboration that puts patients first.
